I am currently the lead practitioner for the Art and Design Curriculum Area Levels 2 and 3, responsible for oversight of quality assurance and coordinating delivery strategies.

I was most recently a tutor for Level 2 UAL Creative Media Production and Level 3 UAL Extended Diploma in Creative Media Production. I was also Lead teacher on the A2 Art and Design A-level as well as teaching on Level 3 UAL Extended Diploma In Art and Design.

I was responsible for Level 2 Course design, lead on the Photography and music video elements of the Level 3 Extended Diploma in Creative Media Production. I was also responsible for conceptual development and contextual studies on the Level 3 UAL Extended Diploma In Art and Design. 

Previous responsibilities include:

Level 1 BTEC Art and Media, Former tutor, course leader, mainly drawing, painting and animation.
Level 2 BTEC Diploma in Art and Design, former teacher responsible for Contextual studies unit and drawing skills.
Level 3 BTEC 90-Credit Diploma in Art and Design, former course leader, tutor, responsible for Transposition unit, including Contextual studies, Painting, and Communicating in Art and Design Units
Level 3 BTEC 90-Credit Diploma in Creative Media, former course Leader, responsible for animation, communication skills, Print based media, Digital graphics, Page layout, media industry regulations.
Level 3 BTEC Extended Diploma in Creative Media, teacher, responsible for Video art installation, and idea development.
Level 3 BTEC Extended Diploma in Art and Design, former teacher, tutor, responsible for Essay writing, printmaking and idea development.
AS Art and Design, Former Course Leader, responsible for final exhibition and assessment.
Level 4 BTEC Foundation Diploma in Art and Design, Former course Leader, Tutor, responsible for curriculum development, life drawing, conceptual development and career planning.

Additional Responsibilities:
Organiser of Creative Proposals project, which involved working with local artists to find ways to uncover the learning potential inherent in their practice and to introduce this to students of BSIX. Co-ordinator of Transposition Project with Courtauld Institute and project designer. Mentor for PGCE and NQT teaching staff, for both Media and Art subject areas.
A.N.D Cultural leadership representative, Engaged in Action based research and research seminars, while establishing localised networks of expertise. I have also undertaken ongoing professional development research in the development of independent Learners and improving student agency. I have acted as liaison between the college and a number of respected Universities, including Goldsmiths University, Slade School of Fine Art, V and A Museum, Architects Association UAL Camberwell, UAL Central Saint Martins and The Courtauld Institute.
